In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a set amount of time frame.
For Sheetz Happen we have our return period as 21 days.

Changed your mind? You have 21 days from your purchase date to start a return.

The quickest way is through your account. Sign in with the email address you used to order, enter the code we send you, and you can request a return or cancel an order right there. No forms, no waiting.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, unless the product was defective.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from returns.These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 10 days using the original payment method.
