Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Netherlands consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a set amount of time frame.
For Sheetz Happen we have our return period as 21 days.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sheetzhappen.com within 3 weeks from the item’s date of purchase.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, unless the product was defective.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may be excluded from returns.These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed within 10 days using the original payment method.
